"Precautionary submission, as prev discussed with CDs: Two weeks professional leave for US-research fellowship (History of Anesthesia and related med technologies, Wood Library Museum / ASA, Chicago), plus 2 travel days (5th and 21st). Dates provisionally approved by sponsor. Current plans are to travel on from there to ASA Annual Conference in New Orleans (22-25 October; possible lectures), followed by c. 10 days holidays. As provisionally agreed, I can offer to cover any other days required (for conference, travel, holiday) with TOIL (I am currently owed c. 21 sessions, details to be arranged with Kelly / Michele). Separate submissions for these."
